NOTICE OF MEETING
Magnolia Power Project Coordinating Committee

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the undersigned, as the Executive Director of the Southern California Public Power Authority, that a regular meeting of the Magnolia Power Project Coordinating Committee is to be held as follows:

The following matters are the business to be transacted and considered by the Coordinating Committee:

1. Notice/Agenda and Opportunity for the Public to Address the Committee
   Any member of the Committee may request that items on the agenda be taken out of order, or that items be added to the agenda pursuant to the provisions of Section 54954.2(b) of the California Government Code.
   
   Any member of the public may address the Committee on any item of interest to the public before or during the Committee’s consideration of the item, provided the item is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee.
   
   
   
                                               
2. Administrative and Reporting Items:                                                
   1. Approve minutes of Coordinating Committee meeting of August 16, 2007.
   2. Operating Agent’s Report.
      
      
      
                                                  
3. Action Items:
   It is recommended that the Coordinating Committee approve the Operating Agent Budget for fiscal year 2008/2009
