Welcome to SCPPA Member Access!

Aligning with the mission of providing collaborative advocacy, value-added services for our Members, SCPPA has chosen to use the secure enterprise content management system, Laserfiche, to provide our Members with remote access to select SCPPA documents. The Laserfiche content management software is a remotely accessible document repository that transforms each document into fully searchable text. This system allows Members to quickly and easily search and find documents associated with specific business processes.

SCPPA Member Access Requirements

In order to receive a SCPPA Member Access login, you must be affiliated with SCPPA in at least one of the following five ways:

  • Board Member

  • Committee Member

  • Employee of SCPPA

  • Employeee of a SCPPA Member Utility

  • SCPPA Working Group Member

How To Request A Login

If you would like to request a login for SCPPA Member Access, please send an email to webmaster@scppa.org with the following information fields completed. You may also click the link provided below and submit the required information. If any of the required fields are left incomplete, your request will be denied.

Once a request has been submitted, please allow up to 2 business days to process. A confirmation email with a User Login will be sent to the city email address listed above.

To begin using Laserfiche, follow the brief instructions listed below:

  • Visit www.scppa.org

  • Click on the Member Access tab located on the right of the main menu

  • Select Member Login from the drop down menu

  • Enter your assigned username and password

  • Begin browsing

Southern California Public Power Authority (SCPPA) is a Joint Powers Authority, created in 1980, for the purpose of providing joint planning, financing, construction, and operation of transmission and generation projects.
 
Comprised of eleven municipal utilities and one irrigation district, SCPPA's Members serve more than 5 million Californians (2 million customers) across a service area of 7,000 square miles. SCPPA's Members supply 16% of California's power.
