Non-Member Participant Training Fee Policy

SCPPA has been receiving many requests from non-member agencies, both governmental and private to participate in the SCPPA trainings. We believe non-members should pay a reasonable cost for arranging & coordinating as well as the use of the SCPPA facility.

$80 DOLLARS/PER PERSON, PER TRAINING COURSE FOR THE TRAINING COORDINATOR SALARY AND BENEFITS

As a reminder: The Finance Committee approved to allocate 50% of the Training Coordinator salary and benefits directly to all training course attendees for SCPPA Members, which last year was approximately $40 per attendee.

S70 DOLLARS/PER PERSON, PER DAY FOR THE FACILITY USE

This is based on the facility and audio-visual fees charge by local hotels which range between $45 and $70 per day depending on the number of attendees.

Combining these two fees and simplifying for a per day fee, SCPPA plans to charge the following:

Private Non-Members at a rate of- (S150/PER PERSON A DAY)

Government Agency Non-Member rate of- ($75/PER PERSON A DAY)
