NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the undersigned, as the Executive Director of the Southern California Public Power Authority that a regular meeting of the Finance Committee is to be held as follows:

The following matters are the business to be transacted and considered by the Committee.
- Investment Report
The Committee will review the Investment Reports for the month and quarter ended December 31, 2011. The Committee will recommend forwarding the reports to the Board for receipt and filing.
- Project Budget Comparison Reports
The Committee will be asked to review and forward to the Board the quarterly Project Budget Comparison Reports for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.
- Magnolia Series 2009-1 and 2009-2 Bonds
Public Financial Management (PFM) will update the Committee on the closing of the liquidity facility replacements.
- STS Series 2002-A Bonds
PFM will discuss the progress on the refunding of STS 2002-A bond issue. The Committee will consider forwarding to the Board two resolutions approving a) the issuance of the refunding bonds, the related legal documents and the Preliminary Official Statement and b) the Continuing Disclosure Resolution relating to such bonds.
- Constant Maturity Swaps
The Committee will review current valuations and opportunity to terminate both STS and Mead-Adelanto Constant Maturity Swaps.
- Market and VRDO Update
The Committee will receive a market and VRDO status report from PFM.
- Unsolicited Proposals
The Committee will review unsolicited proposals that have been received from investment bankers. The Committee may take action with respect to such proposals.
- Underwriter RFP
The Committee will discuss the responses received from the SCPPA Underwriter RFP.
- Closed
Session
Potential Litigation: The Committee will meet with legal counsel regarding significant exposure to litigation pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 54956.9 of the California Government Code (two potential cases).
Potential Litigation: Conference with legal counsel regarding the potential initiation of litigation pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 54956.9 of the California Government Code (one potential case).
