Annual Report:
The SCPPA annual report covers the prior fiscal year
(July 1 through June 30) and includes:
System map, showing member and project locations; letter
from the President and Executive Director; update on
power and transmission projects and related bond issues;
report on legislative and regulatory activities in Washington,
D.C., and Sacramento; photos of Officers and Directors;
statistics for each member city (or district) including
project participation by member; and audited financial
statements and notes.
