Course Overview: Are leaders born or made? We all know the right answer. We all have the potential to become a leader, an effective leader! The UCLA-SCPPA Technical Management Program (TMP), designed and presented by UCLA Extension will transform your career and leadership to the next level. The program offers 21 comprehensive topics that can be customizable for SCPPA Members. All attendees will receive a completion certification by UCLA Extension.
